The Newfoundland summer has finally arrived! After a very long winter, I can finally get outdoors more for photoshoots, which I love. I have been keeping busy with maternity and family photos in between weddings and I am anticipating a very busy fall season! My fiance Chris is FLAT OUT with DJ-ing weddings and is quickly gaining a reputation as one of the best in town. He wont toot his own horn, but I will do it for him as he is a very attentive and perceptive entertainment provider. When I DJ with him, well, all I can say is that we ROCK as a team. But, I know, I’m biased…
We will have an announcement coming up regarding Bandwagon Entertainment (our DJ end of business) fairly soon. I will also have another announcement regarding a project we have been collaborating with a friend on that may be ready for launch in the fall!
My very own wedding is fast approaching and it’s getting pretty exciting!! Some planning underway for that and expect a few wedding blog posts after its all said and done. There’ might be a few surprises on the big day that we might be planning.
Well, in other news, I wish I had time to blog about all of the shoots that I do, blogging for me for some reason takes a lot of time (you’d never say it LOL I’ve been at this now over an hour – it is true! and at this point, as I write, I haven’t even added my pics yet!). I enjoy it blogging though whenever I get the chance. It’s my little place in cyberspace and from what the numbers tell, people actually pop by to read it (or just look at pics, which is ok by me!)! I wanted to share a few pics here now from recent shoots that would normally warrant their very own blog post if time could permit!!
Baby Brooklyn, only a few weeks young!
I photographed Robyn & Greg's wedding last summer, now, as they approach their 1st anniversary together, they are expecting a baby boy.
This is from a graduation shoot with Rosie who I have known since before she was born! She is a very talented pianist.
Fatty is a friend I met through Chris's circle of friends. We both enjoy photography and shoot together often. On his particular day, he was my model as we scoped out some locations for upcoming shoots in downtown St. John's
Fatty again. His real name isn't Fatty, It's Sean but he prefers his old nickname Fatty and isn't offended by it. He is not fat either. Pretty average weight actually.
